  • Prepares or supervises preparations of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
  • Reviews survey works; this includes verification, relocation, topographic survey
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards for surveying and mapping practice
  • Attends and may lead the meetings, ideally every week.
  • Conducts regular project Walk-thru with the contractor to check on the progress of works and spot potential problems in architectural, civil, and structural make-up.
  • Advises the construction project manager (CPM), owner/developer, and contractors of any constraints and critical factors that may cause delays in project completion and recommends appropriate solutions.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
